I have a .txt file with several hundreds of row, is there a way to append text at the beginning of each line? I tried the append option, but it works on the first row only (as far as I know).....

Hi,
yes, you can do this using the search and replace feature working on file contents (we suggest that you back up your files first).
You will need a search phrase of a single carriage return.
You will need a replace phrase of a single carriage return followed by the text that you wish to append.
Note that this method will not work on the very first line of each file but you can use the append feature to append the replace phrase to the first line if required (as you have already done).
