When trying to update this product, the update page will not accept my license code - why is this?
It is most likely that you have entered the license code incorrectly. This is understandable as the code can be lengthy.
Please use the following instructions:

Find your order receipt. This is the email that we sent you shortly after you registered.

Find your license code in the receipt.
|
3.
|
Select the code by dragging your left mouse button over it.
|
4.
|
Now, right-click on the selected code and select "Copy" from the pop-up menu.

The code is now copied to your clipboard (an area of your computer memory that holds recently used data).
|
|
|

|
Next, open the update page in your web browser. You can find the update page by selecting the "Online, Update" or "Help, Update" menu item from the registered product main menu or refer to your original order receipt.

On the update page, right-click on the text box and select paste.
|
|

|
After you paste the code into the text box, click on the "Submit" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
