How can I find the date and time that I last formatted my hard drive?

That's a good question and we don't know the answer. To get an approximate date that a Windows operating system was installed, you can:
1.

Find the "Windows" folder on your computer (C:\Windows - you can find this from the "My Computer" icon on your desktop or by using Windows Explorer).

Right click on the "Windows" folder and select "Properties" from the pop up menu.

In the "Windows Properties" window, there will be a "Created" date and time. This is the time that this folder was created and therefore the approximate time that the operating system was installed on your computer.

Note that this time may not be correct if you have changed it using FileMonkey or some other attribute changing package.
